ALLAN. - Peacefully on 20th February 2013 after a short illness, Euphemia (Effie) Allan, nee Neil, formerly of Alloa, died peacefully in Whangarei, New Zealand. Wife of the late Sutherland Allan, mother to Charlie, John and the late Gordon, Douglas and David, grandmother and great grandmother to the family. R. I.P
