ELDER. - Peacefully on Friday 27th September 2013 at Orchard Care Home, Tullibody, Euphemia (Effie) Simpson (nee Johnstone) aged 94 years. (Formerly of Beauclerc Street, Alva). Beloved wife of the late Charles (Charlie) Elder and mother to Stuart, a much loved grandmother and great- grandmother of the family. The funeral service to which all friends are respectfully invited will be held in Alva Parish Church on Wednesday 9th October 2013 at 1 pm and thereafter to Alva Cemetery at 1.45 pm.
