McTAGGART. - After a short illness on Tuesday 15th July 2014 at FVRH, Billy, aged 83 years. Much loved husband of the late Janet, loving dad to Bernard, Janette and Ian also a devoted papa of Kevin, Nicola, Francis, Sara, Ross, Ryan, Anthony and Matthew and treasured papa Billy to Conhor, Zack, Saffron, Daisy, Mackenzie, Harrison, Ethan, Isla and Leah and also a much respected father-in-law. Will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts. Funeral will take place on Wednesday 23rd July at St Mungo's RC Church at 10.00 am thereafter to Clackmannan Cemetery at 11.00 am.
