MILLIGAN. Peacefully at Strathcarron after a long illness, on 18th May 2017, Moira Elizabeth, beloved wife to Andrew, much loved mum of Yvonne and Fiona. Devoted gran to Dylan, Scott, Karis, Jaydyne and Aaron, a dear sister to Sheena and friend of many. Funeral service will take place on Thursday 25th May 2017 at Alloa Town Hall at 11.00am, thereafter to Sunnyside Cemetery.
