I have known Norman for over 55 years, although I have not seen him in a very long time, I managed to talk to him two years ago. Norman was such a lovely man, he would do anything to help you out if you needed it. I remember the time Graham and his friend came to Chicago for a visit and I got to know him, just a little, in the short time he was there. I am so very sorry for your loss, my thoughts are with you Margaret and your family.

We were very sorry to hear of Norman’s passing, he was a lovely man who will be missed by all that were lucky enough to know him. I recall him helping me repair my racing bike by taking bits off his own bike, that was just typical of him an all round nice guy. I also remember him trying to fix Graham’s viva by borrowing a bit from my chevettes engine, sadly even his skills could not sort the problem but he tried because that’s what dads do. Our thoughts are with you at this very sad time. David and Brenda Hoggan
