Sign in to add a tributeI was so sorry to hear that Robert passed away last year. I drove by your house just before Christmas when out for a run, and wondered how both of your were doing.
I remember my meetings with Robert at your house when I was working with him on his book, Clackmannanshire Clocks. I enjoyed our chats in your conservatory over tea and cake. You were always so welcoming.
Robert was such a kind and gentle man and I was so impressed with his vast knowledge of horology. I loved listening to his stories of local clocks and their history. I’m so sorry I never got to meet him again.
You and your family must miss him so much and I just wanted you to know I am thinking of you.
Take care
Heather Ann Dowd
