MILLIGAN Peacefully at home on Thursday 2nd April 2020, Annie, aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert, a much loved mum to John and mother-in-law to Elaine, adored gran to Stuart and his wife Kimberley and Sarah and her fiancé Blair and great-gran to Hannah and Euan.
