LOWRIE Peacefully at home on Monday, 26th October, Jean passed away, aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late John, very much loved mum to David and Jean and their spouses Dorothy and Rob, lovely nana to Grant, Craig, Kathryn and Jack, and a special great-nana to Heidi, Alex, Finn and Elodie. She was a dear cousin of Archie and James and sister-in-law of Tom. She was a well loved auntie and was blessed with many friends, especially Jim, Saundra, Ria, Margaret and Gillian. Many thanks to the excellent, friendly care from the Mears team who helped make her last few years more comfortable. Due to Covid-19 restrictions Jean's service of celebration for her life will be attended by family and close friends only. Those wishing to pay their respects can do so as the funeral cortege leaves Jean's home on Tuesday 3rd November at 9.15 and makes its way via Wardlaw Street, Main Street and on through the village, then onwards to the crematorium.
