PENMAN Peacefully, at Clackmannanshire Community Hospital, on 12th February 2021, Fraser, aged 93 years, beloved husband of Beth. Much loved dad of Margaret and Pamela. Sadly missed father in law, grandad and 'old papa' of the family. On behalf of Fraser's family, a heartfelt 'thank you' to the staff at Clackmannanshire Community Hospital, for Fraser's care.
