CURRIE Peacefully after a long illness, at Clackmannan Community Care Hospital, on Saturday 17th April 2021, Donald, aged 78 years, loving husband of Betty and a much loved father of David. Funeral service will take place at Stirlingshire Crematorium on Tuesday 27th April 2021 at 11.00am. Due to current restrictions, it is a private service only, however, friends who wish to pay their respects may do so as the cortege leaves from the family address in Tillicoultry at 10.15am. Please remember to keep safe social distancing. God saw that he was weary and the hill was hard to climb, So he closed his weary eyelids and whispered be thine. Donald you will be greatly missed by your wee sister Eleanor. You were a kind, thoughtful and caring big brother. Your motto each day was to make someone smile and you certainly did that. Your love and humour was apparent to all. It was sad that apart from the last week we could only see and talk via a slightly open window.
