WATSON William Clelland (Billy) Passed away peacefully, at FVRH on Tuesday 22nd February, aged 79 years. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. A service of celebration for Billy's life will take place at Stirlingshire Crematorium on Monday 14th March at 10am. Family flowers only.
