MILLIGAN Colin (Clackmannan) Passed away peacefully at Bellfied Hospital on the 4th October 2023, aged 85 years. Devoted husband to wife Margaret, dearly father to Elaine and father-in-law to Gordon. Funeral service to be held at 11am on Tuesday 24th October, Stirlingshire Crematorium. Forever in our hearts. All enquires to Co-op Funeralcare, Alloa.
