JORDAN Patricia Peacefully at Sandwell General Hospital, West Bromwich, on Wednesday 31 July 2024, after a major stroke, Pat, aged 73 years. Beloved wife of Jon and mother to Dave and Anna and a dear friend to many in the Muckhart Community and beyond. A service celebrating Pat's life will take place in the Muckhart Coronation Hall on Wednesday 21st August 2024 at 12.45pm, followed by a service of committal at Muckhart Cemetery, to which all friends and family are respectfully invited.
