POLICE are appealing for information after a bus carrying school children was targeted in St Ninians.
The bus service had two windows smashed as it was travelling on Barnsdale Road in St Ninians around 3.15pm on Monday October 22. It was near to the Launderette when it was targeted. Police are looking for more information on a group of three boys who were seen in the area at the time and ran off towards Glasgow Road.
The boys are described as between 14-15 years old, slim build. One wearing a bright blue hooded top and grey bottoms and the other two had dark clothing on.
No person was injured as a result of this incident.
A Central Scotland Police spokesperson said: "Throwing objects at any vehicle is reckless and dangerous. This type of behaviour will not be tolerated and we appeal for anyone who saw anything to come forward."
