A WOMAN has pled not guilty to a charge of murdering a man in Stirling with a glass. 26-year-old Natalie Scott was in the dock for a preliminary hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
She is accused of killing James Dornan, 33, with a glass and a broken glass or similar item at a property in Maitland Crescent, St Ninians, on 4 March.
Judge Lord Bracadale adjourned the case until a further preliminary hearing next month.
It is claimed the 33-year-old was struck repeatedly on the head and body with the makeshift weapon.
Ms Scott also faces an accusation of attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
She is said to have washed blood-stained clothes and footwear to avoid arrest for the alleged murder.
