Margaret Beaton has won Bannockburn Community Council's Garden in Bloom competition.
Her brightly designed Kia Mora Cottage in the town's Main Street is filled with plants, flowers and wonderful decorations.
Margaret will receive a voucher for the Garden Centre for her effort.
On behalf of the Community Council, Tommy Cattigan said: "Thanks must go to all that have taken part. All the gardens were excellent, but there has to be a winner.
"I am sure all of the gardens in the competition have brought lots of colour and enjoyment to many residents in various areas."
