AN ALVA man who stole booze from Asda will have to stay out of trouble for three months.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, 31-year-old Alexander McPhee admitted stealing a quantity of alcohol from the town's supermarket on September 13 last year.
Sheriff David Mackie adjourned the case until May 18 for the accused, of Craighorn Road, to be of good behaviour and to monitor his progress on another Community Payback Order.
