A YOUNG woman is set to lose her licence.
Last Wednesday at Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court, Megyn Fraser pleaded guilty by letter to driving along the A91 between Menstrie and Alva at the Long Row junction without insurance and a valid licence for that particular class of vehicle on December 4 last year.
The court was told that the 20-year-old, of Kennedy Way in Airth, already had six points on her licence. With another six-point punishment coming her way, the accused will most likely now lose it.
Justice Michael Bromby deferred the case until March 29 for Fraser's personal appearance.
