POLICE in Forth Valley are appealing for information following a fatal road crash.
The incident happened around 1.05pm on Sunday, September 13 on Roman Road, Plean, following a collision between a white Volkswagen Golf car and a black Suzuki motorcycle.
Emergency services attended and a 52-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injuries.
The road was closed for around six hours to allow a full crash investigation to take place.
Sergeant David Ross, of Stirling Road Policing Unit, said: “Our thoughts go out to the family and friends who have been affected by this incident.
“Enquiries are currently ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the collision and we are appealing to anyone who may have any information.
“If you were driving on the road at the time or have witnessed the crash, I would ask that you contact police.
“I would also ask if anyone has any dashcam footage that could assist with our investigation that you get in touch with officers.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 1698 of Sunday, 13 September, 2020.”
