DOUNE Library will be closed for essential works, Stirling Council has announced.
The library will be shut from Saturday, February 11 for a period of at least two weeks to allow maintenance work to take place.
The Council has not announced a re-opening date, but stated in a post on social media that they will confirm this as soon as possible.
The nearest available library will now be the Dunblane Library.
Opening hours are available online and it is open every day except for Sundays.
