MEMBERS of the community are invited to Stirlingshire Crematorium to take part in a special service to pay respects to mothers who have passed away.
The service will take place on Saturday, March 18 - the day before Mother’s Day - and will allow visitors to place a commemorative rose on their loved one’s memorial.
Donnie Connor, site manager, said: "Mother's Day can be a particularly poignant time for those who have lost their mum or mother-figure, or for mothers who have been bereaved of a child.
“We are inviting local families to visit us during this period to have a moment of reflection and contemplation within our chapel and beautiful grounds.
“We hope that visiting us will bring comfort to anyone who needs it during this special time of the year."
