Former Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan has been announced as part of the cast for Harlan Coben’s new thriller series that’s coming to Netflix.
Keegan will be joined by Adeel Akhtar, Richard Armitage and Joanna Lumley in the new eight-part thriller.
While Michelle Keegan is known for her role in the ITV soap, she’s also starred in Our Girl, Brassic and more.
Fool Me Once is about Maya Stern, played by Michelle Keegan, who must come to terms with losing her husband Joe, played by Richard Armitage, who was brutally murdered.
Despite believing that her husband is dead, she spots him in her house on a nanny cam that she installs to keep an eye on her young daughter.
Fool Me Once announced as new Netflix show
The series will be the eighth on-screen adaptation from bestselling author Harlan Coben who has worked with local screenwriters around the world to bring his books to life on screen, in four languages so far.
