Stirling County's third annual Primary 3 Touch Rugby Festival was a huge success last weekend.
Teams from across the country taking part, including Biggar, Dunfermline, Howe of Fife, Marr, Dundee, Stewart's Melville, Livingston, Madrascals, Perth, Glasgow East, Kinross, McLaren, West of Scotland, Linlithgow, Watsonians and the hosts Stirling County.
The teams played in four pools, with Dunfermline, Perth 'A', Kinross and West of Scotland emerging to contest the semi-finals. Kinross and Perth 'A' won through to the final, which Kinross won by 4 tries to nil.
It's the taking part and enjoyment that counts, and every player who took part in the festival received a medal from Stirling County's 1st XV scrum-half Colin Turnbull.
The organisers would like to thank the sponsors H&R Gray Haulage, Ardoch Homes, Richard Austin Alloys, Highland spring, Woodwinters and Clive Ramsay Catering Services for their generous support of the P3 Touch Rugby Festival, and to all the volunteers who made the event such a success.
