SUPERBIKES are returning to Konchill this weekend with 15,000 fans expected to attend the nearby circuit.
Three days of action will kick off this Friday, July 6, as the Bennetts Insurance British Superbike Championship rolls into Fife.
A number of other classes will support the main event including the National Superstock 1,000s and 600s as well as the Hyundai Construction Equipment British Sidecars.
Perth youngster Rory Skinner, at the age of just 16, will be making his debut in the Superstock 600 series, following several successful stints on his Kawasaki in the Scottish championship.
He said: “I’m really looking forward to getting out on the 600 and racing in front of my home fans.
“Being part of the British Talent Cup is a great opportunity but with only six race weekends it is important to get some more meetings under my belt, especially as there are over two months to the next round.”
Although initially a one-off outing at Knockhill, Skinner may look at competing in additional races as long as they do not conflict with his British Talent Cup commitments.
